This can happen for multiple reasons, one of them might be unaddressed childhood trauma. Despite that, you can learn how to trust yourself again and thrive. I can help you learn how to trust yourself again by teaching you to pay attention to your nervous system . I can teach you how to listen to your body so that you can begin to make decisions based on what YOU need rather than what you think other people want or expect from you. I utilize EMDR, somatic tools, IFS and inner child work to create lasting change.
