Letty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with ample experience in marriages, youth, families, and addictions therapy.Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. We follow the Gottman Method, an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment. Qualified Supervisor I hold a BA in Psychology from Trinity International University and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic. I'm trained in EMDR, and hold certifications as a National Wraparound facilitator, Prepare and Enrich, and Couples Communication Skills facilitator. Trained also in Gottman method. Fluent in Spanish and English.
