I believe that at the heart of healing is compassionate curiosity, and I bring this approach to my practice. In therapy, a client should experience a balance of feeling challenged and actively engaged, while also feeling fully accepted and safe. I bring warmth, playfulness, genuineness, courage and openness into our sessions. I am experienced with guiding clients through recovering from traumas, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief and life transitions, and relational challenges. I have over a decade of therapeutic and clinical practice.
