I love humans. Not in a simplistic way, but in the beautifully messy, deeply complex, and profoundly resilient way that makes us who we are. The joy, the grief, the fear, the longing. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and families, witnessing firsthand how unique each person’s journey is. My work is about honoring those stories, making space for the full range of human emotion, and helping clients move toward a more meaningful and connected life.
