As a therapist, I endeavor to collaboratively create spaces that empower queerness, neurodiversity, sexual identities and experiences, disability, and marginalized individuals while analyzing and dismantling harmful power dynamics and limiting beliefs internalized from navigating everyday societal systems. I am dedicated to showing up to the therapeutic space we create together with authenticity, gentleness, empathy, and transparency. I take a more unique approach that combines evidence-based methods with strength-based, attachment conscious approaches while exploring your unique narratives and experiences that might be impacting you mentally and somatically.
