I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, DID, personality disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking clarity, you're not alone. My approach is gentle, holistic, and tailored to your needs. I draw from psychoanalytic and psychodynamic techniques, and integrate EMDR, EMI, hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, and other healing modalities to support your journey. In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey and hold a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling. A unique aspect of my practice is the option to incorporate theological principles alongside psychological ones, if that resonates with you.
