I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience, and also an EMDR certified therapist. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds and sexual orientations using a strength based approach. My clients often describe me as the therapist who provides them with real tools to use outside of sessions to help them overcome panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. My expertise includes adults and adolescents presenting with PTSD, the full anxiety spectrum, depression, health issues, and more. I am a trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and was educated in Psychodynamic Theory.
