Hola! My name is Mirna, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Southern CA and I've been practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in Trauma-Informed Care and work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health and emotional challenges related to unresolved trauma. With a Trauma-Informed Care approach, I recognize that people can have many different types of traumas in their lives from childhood to more recent that impacts their day-to-day life. I believe that there is no one size fits all and clients need an individualized or eclectic approach to sessions to help reach their treatment goal.
