I am here to support parents and couples who are looking to transform their parenting journey. No one can ever prepare us for the beautiful yet challenging job of raising children. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or lost as a parent or couple I am here to offer guidance, connection, and healing. I work with parents pre-conception through the teenage years. I offer pregnancy and postpartum support, guide parents to find balance, forge deeper connections, learn powerful parenting strategies and heal from their own childhood wounds.
