Mirror Mental Health is here to help you navigate the bumps, detours, and overwhelming moments that come along in life's journey. It is our team's goal to help clients identify their strengths, realize their resiliency, and help them celebrate and honor their authenticity. We work with a wide range of clients from those struggling with depression/anxiety, trauma, psychosis, relationship/family issues, or just feeling lost. At Mirror Mental Health we do not treat a diagnosis, but see a person who is suffering and help that person. Mirror Mental Health recognizes that each person is unique and responds to therapy differently, therefore we offer a wide range of treatment styles to help our clients achieve their goals. Each of our staff clinicians are client focused/lead and do not provide "cookie-cutter" treatment. You are the expert on you.
