I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a graduate of Webster University in Saint Louis with a MA in Counseling and a BA in Psychology. Member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have over twenty years experience in working in private practice, treatment/health centers, and at Saint Louis University Hospital with clients in the mental health field. I am also a Registered Nurse with experience in neurology and psychology. I believe in a mind/body approach while integrating cognitive therapy and humanistic person-centered therapy to help the client work through their issues and achieve their goals.
