My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and parents feeling disconnected from their bodies and lack a sense of stability. These clients are currently healing from complex trauma, burnout, or identity changes and feel ready to innerstand how behavior, emotional regulation, and meaningful relationships influence mind-body connections. They want various levels of safety, a better idea of consent, and a reprieve from living in survival mode - desiring to discover a deeper meaning, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
