I believe that my most important asset as a therapist is my calm and balanced presence; I am an effective sounding board for self-discovery and exploration. Entering therapy is a risk. Our relationships with ourselves, our families, support systems, partners, and others are the primary way that we ground ourselves and make sense of our environments.
