I provide counseling services in an atmosphere of welcoming all people who are seeking help for emotional and spiritual support. It is voluntary and confidential. I provide a wide range of counseling services for individual, couples, adolescents, and adults. I utilize several therapeutic theories to fit each individual's personal growth, which he or she is striving toward. I mainly exercise CBT & DBT for treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.
