I work with teens, adults, couples and families; and I also specialize in issues related to musician/athlete identity, life transitions, LGBTQ, and gender affirming care. I work from an existential and attachment based model, I am passionate about developing resilience, finding your OWN definition of substance use recovery, having reparative experiences and relationships, finding meaning in trauma, and working through the roots of anger. I am a firm believer that true progress in therapy is not just what we talk about together, but it is also dependent on what you are willing to put in between sessions out in the real world.
