Accepting new clients (adult individuals). My approach to counseling is strengths based, somatic and existential. I believe the primary resource in the process is you. I value your experiences and innate desire to create a meaningful life. That said, this being human thing is hard sometimes! We may find ourselves in patterns misaligned with how we intend to navigate our lives and relationships. Perhaps you want a greater understanding of yourself or want to work with (not against) your complex nervous system and body-mind connection. I come from a holistic approach and believe knowing ourselves fully is important.
