As someone who experiences chronic health symptoms from HEDS I want to support others as they try to cope with stressors. I work with those with chronic health conditions and other things that can make life harder. Working together using holistic somatic approaches like Brainspotting and EMDR and teaching you skills to regulate. I want to provide you with a safe, affirming and non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow from harmful life experiences.
