Do you ever ask, “Why can’t I be grateful for what I have?” or are often told "You're so lucky/blessed!" Sometimes it’s hard to pull apart all of the layers of identity, perfectionism, trauma, culture, relationships, grief, and navigating the challenges of society to find the truest version of yourself. You want to feel confident in your decision making. You want to find authentic relationships that are safe. The more you are able to be who you are on the inside out in public, the more you’re able to connect with and find the people who understand you.
