I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor and I provide psychotherapy to couples, families, and individuals. I specialize in working with couples, helping them to connect in a more meaningful way. I am consulted to help people with relationships, grief and loss, transitions, divorce, women's issues, and other life challenges. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to help people identify the places they get stuck in order to identify their underlying emotions and needs. My focus is to build on the existing bonds between people. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that requires respect for the expertise people hold.
