Sit back, take your shoes off and get as comfortable as you would like, that is the mantra I have for anyone who comes into my office. I have created a calming, welcoming space for people to feel they can share what they need to share, cry, laugh or yell. I love the aha moments people have or when they finally start to realize for themselves that they are going to be okay, might not be great but even okay is better than nothing. I love working with perinatal and postpartum clients especially those first time new mamas who are getting use to their new role. I would love to help you through your journey, good, bad or other.
