I am a Buddhist psychotherapist specializing in transformative therapy that integrates mind, body, and lived experience. My work centers on wellness, growth, and conscious change rather than pathology. I support individuals in recognizing their inherent strengths, uncovering their potential, and dissolving internal and external blocks that limit healing, meaning, and fulfillment. Through a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, clients transform suffering into insight, and personal power.
