Hi there! If you are someone struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, anger issues, trauma, or your self-esteem could use a boost, you’ve come to the right place. I offer support that recognizes and celebrates each client's unique identity and experiences. I like to think of my role as a therapist as being similar to that of a GPS navigation system. You know where you want to go and I help guide you there. If between sessions you feel like you might have gotten turned around somewhere, I help you get rerouted and back on track.
