I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker 7 years ago and have been working in the social work field for 18 years. I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those struggling with anxiety and depression. I utilize primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
