Each person's life has incredible value. The problem for many is that they fail to see and or recognize their worth and potential. The good news is that regardless of one's circumstances, or problems, change is always possible. It is ultimately up to us to decide who we will be, and what kind of mark we want to make in this world. As a counselor, I see value in each person, and partner with them to help them discover new ways of thinking, acting and believing.
