About
We each strive to live lives of meaning, purpose, and authenticity. Yet we often become "stuck" facing resistance to such authentic living. I am a psychotherapist experienced in working with adults struggling with difficult life transitions, grief, child loss, anxiety, professional burnout, loss of joy, aging, trauma, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and psychosis. My approach leans into psychoanalytic and existential therapies. That is to say, I believe unexamined motives and the resistence one faces living authentically and meaningfully are often at the root of what keeps us stuck and causes us to suffer. View 4 Photos I draw from a lifetime of personal and professional experiences walking with others and alone through difficult life transitions, facing challenging and vulnerable emotions, healing the scars of traumatic experiences, and finding stability, connection, and meaning when life feels unpredictable, isolating, and hollow.
