Hello. I’m a doctoral-level mental health clinician and pre-licensed clinical counselor, and I work with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, substance use issues, and co-occurring disorders. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or know they aren’t living the life they want. I offer evidence-based, practical therapy in a supportive, non-judgmental space focused on meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel healthier, more empowered, and better equipped to build a fulfilling, balanced life.
