I am a practitioner who works with adults individually and as couples and am currently taking on new clients. I am currently only doing virtual sessions. I work with you to help you improve your situations and achieve better outcomes. My approach is very straightforward and open. It is rooted in compassion and the belief that you are the expert on you. I work to help you access that expertise and use it to your benefit. I draw from a wide variety of disciplines and life experiences to offer perspective and support along the way. I do not look to solve your problems, but to assist you in gaining the skills and ability to do so.
