Do you feel unsure of who you are now? Perhaps you are going through a transition in your life and trying to understand how to get along. Maybe you feel like you aren’t yourself because of intense, persistent feelings of some kind. Maybe your past is dragging you down. Maybe your relationships at home, work, or in your community are not as satisfying as you wish they could be. You’re starting to think, you need an outside perspective; It’s hard to sort through this alone. These thoughts have got you asking, “Will psychotherapy help? Can it really change things? Is it worth it?” I know together we can sort through the confusion. As we talk, we will investigate who you are: what’s important, what’s getting in the way, why these same scenarios keep coming up and what you can do about it all. I will be asking clarifying questions, providing ideas to consider, and also teaching if needed. My style is warm and conversational.
