Within a safe therapeutic container we can increase your awareness of fears, strengths, desires, and underlying motivations, enhancing the feeling of being securely anchored in the world. Together we can meet the challenges life has thrown your way, whether you're feeling frightened, stuck, overwhelmed, or out of control. I work successfully with: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems (familial or significant other), sexual issues, gender related challenges, and addiction. I do excellent work with couples and the challenges of growing closer, addressing dysfunction, infidelity, or considering separation.
