I am a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist dedicated to helping my clients live happier lives through reducing internal shame, cultivating self-compassion and rewriting limiting personal narratives. I primarily works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, OCD symptoms, body dysmorphia, frequent anger, critical self-talk, career changes, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I also enjoy supporting musicians, artists, designers, actors, and other creative professionals as they navigate their industries and engage in the creative process.
