Therapy is about change. Your goal might be personal growth, working on a relationship(s) in which you are struggling or to figure out how to manage feelings of depression, anxiety or some other emotionally painful experience. My approach is to help you explore the factors that contribute to what you are experiencing and help you create positive and useful meaning and understanding from the process. I believe that this understanding helps you to be clear about what you want in life and to make choices that help you to feel better, reach your goals and enjoy fulfillment and success.
