Hello! My name is Mitch Pohl, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Garden Grove and working with clients throughout California via telehealth. I work primarily with adults (18+), and have a broad background of experience working in community mental health, hospital outpatient, and private practice settings to help my clients learn to both cope and thrive no matter what struggles and stressors they are currently encountering.
