If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve spent a lot of time explaining yourself to others, or feeling misunderstood altogether. Many of the clients I work with are LGBTQ+, disabled, chronically ill, or holding multiple identities that the world doesn’t always make room for. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to translate your experience, justify your needs, or minimize what you’re carrying. I’ll support you in noticing patterns that no longer serve you, strengthening your sense of self, and practicing compassion for the ways you’ve already been surviving and showing up.
