I'm able to provide you with resources, referrals, individual, couple, group and family therapy sessions in order help you to achieve your goals in a positive, accepting and safe environment. I work with tweens, teenagers and adults of all ages, races, genders and sexual orientations struggling with various life stressors/issues. Some of these include academics, occupation, family conflict, social relationships, gender confusion and identity, trauma, grief and loss, divorce, parenting, addictions, poor body-image, disordered eating patterns, and eating disorders.
