We all have profound inner wisdom to heal. My role is to assist clients in identifying their unique strengths while providing support and guidance on that path. In collaboration we uncover the unconscious and conscious thoughts and beliefs that shape our lives. My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness-based practices that increase somatic (body) and cognitive (mind) awareness, bringing the connections between physical and emotional responses into consciousness. These practices provide a strong foundation for increased awareness and growth to take place.
