Therapy is a place for you to share all of your lived experiences. My role is to ask the questions that will support and encourage you to develop a better understanding of yourself. With our combined effort, we will build a solid therapeutic alliance where we can work together to recognize patterns that were created in the past, in order to create current experiences that will give you a brighter future. I also conduct therapy in Japanese.
