Hello and Welcome! I provide counseling for Children, Teenagers and Adults who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Anger, Addiction, Low self worth, Life changes, Relationship challenges, Needing direction in life and school or work problems. My treatment approaches include talk therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. You will find that I am easy to talk to and listen well. I am reliable, compassionate, forthcoming, down to earth, friendly and sincere. Together we will come up with ways to cope and learn new skills. I have 3 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents and adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), substance addiction, worked with clients on anger management, and children with behavior problems and developmental disabilities.
