Born and raised on Maui, I offer a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach with Aloha. Getting help for challenges we face can be extremely difficult, and the hardest step, is always the first one. In taking the first step, you have made a conscious decision to move in the direction of healing, and freedom. Therapy is the beginning of a journey to reconnect in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling to yourself, and others in your life. It helps to have someone listen without judgement, and gives you the tools and space to find your path of recovery at your own pace. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, I am trained in a variety of modalities to meet your needs. I have been working at various settings in substance abuse treatment centers as a therapist, and administrator. I specialize in addressing substance abuse, trauma, and mental health issues, just to name a few.
