As a child of immigrants I understand the experiences of living in two worlds. I bring a compassionate, culturally nuanced approach to mental health care. I approach every client with genuine curiosity and deep respect for their unique narrative. I do this by honoring each client's unique background, and considering how their lived experiences, cultural identity, and relationships shape their current reality. Through our work together, I help clients reframe their personal narratives to recognize the inherent value in every aspect of themselves. I deeply believe that within each person lies the capacity for their own healing.
