I am an experienced psychotherapist my areas of interest include BPD, CPTSD and trauma. Queer, trans and 2spirit affirming. I would like to help you to begin your healing journey no matter how severe you feel your condition to be. My primary goals are to alleviate suffering, to improve insight and understanding and to have my patients regain a sense of agency over their lives. I offer a non behavioral approach to BPD. Patients will learn to trust their instincts and develop a growing sense of worth. I am also highly experienced in trauma and offer a safe space to unburden yourself of blame and shame.
