Through a combination of education, professional work, and life experiences, I have developed a therapy approach that is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. My background includes work in inpatient/outpatient, residential, and community-based settings as well as, international experience as a social worker in the UK. My diverse experiences have shaped my belief in the power of resilience, connection and cultural understanding.
