My specialties include working with clients who have Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Illness, Grief, Loss & the family illness of Addictions. A variety of approaches are used to frame and address a person’s concerns; Cognitive/Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Holistic and Spiritual. I see my role as a facilitator of a person’s natural healing process. If we take the time to sit still and look within, our answers are often there waiting for us.
