I believe that therapy is a journey and my job as a therapist is to join each client on their personal exploration. My role, as a therapist, is to provide guided support for each person to find the growth path that best meets their needs and goals in a safe and encouraging environment. I see clients of all ages and diagnosis but during my training have focused on youth and I have trained as a Certified Youth Trauma Professional and believe in using play therapy for children to process the traumas they have experienced.
