Welcome! I believe that we are all capable of personal and positive growth. I would love to guide you on your journey to healing and increase your overall quality of life. I specialize in individual therapy for adults (18+) and have over 20 years experience helping people recover from Eating Disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating & Chronic Dieting. I also provide therapy and support for Anxiety, Life Transitions (i.e. college, new job), Stress Reduction and Negative Body Image. I incorporate a variety of highly effective interventions so I can focus treatment on your individual needs.
