Welcome, and I applaud you for taking this big step to look for a therapist. I am a licensed MSW, and I also have a PhD. I have been in the field of mental health for over 30 years. I have worked with children and families as well as elders, and all ages in between. I have experience with anxiety, depression, parenting, adoptions, postpartum issues, PTSD, relationship issues, ASD, and eating disorders (as well as many other issues). I use a combination of talk therapy, looking at the role of the past on your current functioning, DBT, CBT, and positive psychology, as well as other methods.
