Taking new clients via Telehealth- Are you finding yourself STUCK in personal and/or work relationships? Do you struggle communicating with your partner or in dating? Sometimes a person lacks the support system or the inner resources to make a change after a hard blow and could become depressed or anxious. I work with clients to help build up their strengths, attain the personal growth they want to accomplish, while bringing together the important components of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I have extensive experience working with clients who are dealing with difficult relationships, sadness, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.
