As an occupational therapist, I provide shorter-term, skills-based therapy to improve everyday function, feel less overwhelmed and live life to your fullest. I specialize in burnout, recent diagnoses of ADHD or autism, executive functioning and sensory overwhelm. I am passionate about clients rediscovering their strengths and learning new ones. We will work together on your goals using personalized strategies.
