Hi There! I am a Telehealth-based Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist specializing in Trauma, Depth Work (inner work), and Grief & Loss (death and non-death related loss). I am certified in Trauma-informed and adaptive yoga, and Integrative Thanatology. I am currently completing my Advanced Clinical Fellowship in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM).
