It is about creating a life you don't have to escape from. Through compassionate support and practical strategies, I work to empower women to find balance, set boundaries and build sustainable routines that fit their season of life. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. From having a safe place to process the unique ups and downs or facing the significant mental health that can occur through the Perinatal Period, I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental, specialized, evidence-based interventions aimed at supporting mother's and families through the Perinatal period.
