Ever since I was young I have always had a passion for helping others, and now I feel so fortunate and thrilled to grow this passion into a career where I have the honor of assisting clients in welcoming the best versions of themselves. I focus on creating a safe, welcoming environment to establish a strong rapport and bond with clients throughout the therapeutic process. Through gaining a deep understanding of your unique experience, I will guide you through the steps to better understand your wounds, where they come from, and how to heal them. I believe that there is hope and that growth and healing is possible for everyone. I specialize in the unique area of assisting athletes and performers experiencing the challenges and stress of competition, injury, training, and performance, as well as career challenges when leaving the field. My other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, codependency/attachment, LGBTQIA+ issues, neurodiversity, and trauma.
